How do I make a reservation? |
Please contact us with your preferred date and number of guests. ※Please note that we are currently accepting reservations for private buyouts of 20 or more guests only. |
What about cancellation charges? |
A cancellation fee equal to the full amount will be charged starting 30 days before the event date. |
Is there a dress code? |
No special requirements, but casual to resort casual is recommended. No going shirtless, and swimwear is not permitted. |
Can we bring our own band? |
Bringing your own band is not permitted. |
What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate? |
Our venue can accommodate private buyouts of 20 to 60 guests. If your group exceeds 60 guests, please contact us to discuss available options. |
What happens if it rains? |
Hula Garden features a covered, open-air pavilion, so the event will proceed as scheduled in light rain. |
What equipment is provided at the venue? |
Tables, chairs, cutlery, and tablecloths are included. We also provide a Bluetooth speaker and one wireless microphone. |
Can we add floral decorations or professional photography/videography? |
Yes, we recommend adding floral decorations and professional event videography to make your occasion even more memorable. Please contact us for details and pricing. |

We do offer allergy and vegan/vegetarian options. If you would like to make changes, you can also enter this information when you make your reservation. If you would like to make changes at a later date, please contact us at least 30 days prior to your reservation date by our contact form. |
Can I bring my own food and drinks? |
No food or beverages are allowed from outside. |
Is there an age requirement or discount for children? |
Children ages 3–12 may order from our Children's Menu. Infants under 3 may bring baby food, as noted in our food policy. |

Yes, one-way or round-trip transportation is both available for an additional fee.Please provide the details in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. |
Can I arrive late or leave early? |
Our venue has a gate that requires staff to open and close it. If you need to arrive at a different time or leave before the event ends, please let us know your expected arrival or departure time in advance.Please note that shuttle services depart and arrive as a group at the same time. |
How far is Hula Garden from Waikiki and other areas? |
Hula Garden is located in Kaneohe, approximately 40 minutes from Waikiki. Travel times from other locations are as follows:
