What about cancellation charges? |
If you apply from the “BOOK NOW” button, cancellation requests received 72 hours or more prior to your reservation time can receive a full refund. Any cancellation requests within 72 hours of your reservation time will receive NO REFUND. Customers can also rebook themselves online up to 72 hours or more prior to the reservation time. To cancel or rebook, please proceed to your confirmation email to do so and click “Change Booking" or "Cancel Booking." |
Is there a minimum number of reservations? |
There is no minimum number of guests. |
Is it possible to reserve for a private party? |
It may be possible pending reservation status, so please contact us. |
What happens when it rains? |
The event will be held regardless of the weather. There will be a roof over the dining area, so please don't worry. |
Is there a deadline for requests? |
・For meals…up to 5 days in advance ・For wheelchairs, etc… 72 hours in advance |
Is there a dress code? |
No special requirements, but casual to resort casual is recommended. No bareback or swimsuits are allowed. |

What is on the drink menu? |
The ticketed menu includes soft drinks, beer, and wine by the glass . Special cocktails are also available for an additional charge. |
What if I want more than 2 drinks? |
You can have more than two drinks for an additional charge. (Cash, credit card, cashless payment) |
Can you accommodate allergy and vegan/vegetarian options? |
We do offer allergy and vegan/vegetarian options. If you would like to make changes, you can also enter this information when you make your reservation. If you would like to make changes at a later date, please contact us at least 5 days prior to your reservation date by phone or via our contact form. |
Can I bring my own food and drinks? |
No food or beverages are allowed from outside.(except for baby food for children under 3 years old). |

Can I go there by myself? |
Yes, please feel free to arrange your own transportation. Please apply from the With Self Driving application page. However there is a parking fee of $15 per car (free for Kama'aina with valid Hawaii State ID or Hawaii Driver’s License check). If you use UBER or other transportation, please note that the gate may not be open if you arrive too early or too late. |
Is it possible to use only one-way transportation? |
Yes, it is possible. Please let us know the details in advance. There are no refunds. |
I can't make the 5:15 p.m. opening, can I go late? |
Please let us know in advance what time you will arrive so that we can open the gates. Pick-up and drop-off will be at a fixed time and from a fixed location. |
