How do I make a reservation?	Please contact us with your preferred date and number of guests. ※Please note that we are currently accepting reservations for private buyouts of 30 or more guests only.​
What about cancellation charges?	​A cancellation fee equal to the full amount will be charged starting 30 days before the event date.​
Is there a dress code?	No special requirements, but casual to resort casual is recommended. No bareback or swimsuits are allowed.

Food & Beverage

Can you accommodate allergy and vegan/vegetarian options?	We do offer allergy and vegan/vegetarian options. If you would like to make changes, you can also enter this information when you make your reservation. If you would like to make changes at a later date, please contact us at least 5 days prior to your reservation date by phone or via our contact form.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?	No food or beverages are allowed from outside.(except for baby food for children under 3 years old).

Transportation

Is it possible to use only one-way transportation?	Yes, it is possible. Please let us know the details in advance. There are no refunds.
Can I arrive late or leave early?​	Our venue has a gate that requires staff to open and close it. If you need to arrive at a different time or leave before the event ends, please let us know your expected arrival or departure time in advance.​Please note that shuttle services depart and arrive as a group at the same time.
